Dr. Targan is the Director of the Cedars-Sinai Inflammatory Bowel and Immunobiology Research Institute. He has been instrumental in the strides made in treatment and care options for patients. Sheila and Andy Garb have been long standing supporters and leadership volunteers with the Foundation for over 40 years.
